Demand Generation Manager

Manticore Technology is a leading provider of software as a service (SAAS) business-to-business Demand Generation technology. We are seeking a talented marketer to manage demand generation programs for the company. You will play the lead role in developing, managing, and executing our demand generation programs to meet committed targets. You’ll work closely with the vice president of marketing on developing strategy, goals and processes. The ideal candidate loves a challenge, isn’t afraid to get their handy dirty, and has a “can-do” attitude. We’re looking for a self starter with proven leadership, innovation and drive. Working for a small, fast-paced company isn’t everyone, but if you’re looking for a challenge, this may be it.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the creation and execution of outbound lead generation programs including email, webinars and direct mail to generate qualified leads.
- Manage all planning, development, and logistical work associated the company’s tradeshow presence.
- Develop product collateral and web content that reflects the company’s positioning and key messaging.
- Conduct analysis on all campaigns to identify program ROI & assess campaign effectiveness to continually improve programs.
- Ensure that all campaigns are innovative, compelling and worthwhile - constantly reviewing, analyzing and improving.
Education
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with full marketing campaign life-cycle management including managing online and direct marketing programs from concept to ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Creative thinker with high degree of initiative and self-motivation
- Understanding of email best practices and compliance
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-through
- Ability to work independently with moderate direction, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Familiarity with marketing automation, software as a service (SAAS), and salesforce.com
- Passion for technology
- Knowledge experience with online lead generation and marketing automation technologies
Travel requirements: Approximately 10%
Compensation: Salary and bonus – commensurate with experience.
